Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds

You are entitled to a refund OR repair OR exchange OR credit if the products you've bought are:

  • Faulty
  • Significantly different to those shown or described to you
  • Not doing what they're supposed to do.

When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

The conditions for refunds are as follows:

  • Refunds will not be accepted without the original receipt as proof of purchase.
  • You must apply for a refund in writing or by email within 14 days from the shipping date.
  • Any charges for postage and delivery for the return of items will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items damaged during shipping will not be accepted and a claim for insurance must be made to the delivery service.
  • All Products returned must be in original condition and complete, including boxes and packing materials, manuals, warranty cards and all other accessories.  Should the item not be returned in new condition as it was shipped we have the right to refuse your refund and the item will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. A loading and processing fee may also apply.
  • If you paid shipping with the item, this cost is not refundable unless there is a defect with the product or the wrong product was shipped to you.

Under special circumstances we reserve the right to extend the period of 14 days.

Return via Post

To return an item(s) via the post, please include the slip that is attached to your receipt that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears on your receipt. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - unworn and unwashed. We will credit you the purchase price of the product shown on the invoice, less any applicable fees.

For your protection, be sure to ship your return via registered post. Allow sufficient time for your return to be delivered to us.

Shipping methods for reshipments due to wrong, defective, or damaged merchandise you have received will match the original shipping method established with your order.

Exchange via Post

For an exchange of style or size, you may incur redelivery costs. Please do not reuse our courier bag. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. Comments would be appreciated.

Out of Stock

Should you order an item that is out of stock or there will be a delay in delivery we will advise you within 3 business days and give you the option to cancel the order or proceed. If payment has already been made and you choose to discontinue with your order you will be refunded the full amount paid immediately.

Items that can not be returned

If you ordered an item from us by mistake and realized the error after it was shipped to you, then simply refuse the delivery when it arrives. If you accept it and open the shipping box, you will have to pay return postage on the item. If you refuse it, Australia post will simply send it back to us without any charges to either you or us.

If you decide after you open the shipping box that you do not want the product, then please contact us immediately before returning the item. Please note that if you open a product package, box or break a seal then we will not be able to accept the return.
